Aditya is Aditya is the Sun God; Hridayam = the one that is particularly nourishing and heals the heart.

Sage Agasthya Muni gave this powerful Mantra to Sri Rama at the time Rama was in confusion while fighting with Ravana. After Chanting this Hymn three times Sri Rama was defeated by Ravana.

The aditya hrudayam, is a hymn that glorifies the glory of the Sun or Surya and was offered by the legendary spiritual master Agastya for Lord Rama during the battle prior to fighting Ravana. This ancient hymn is sung at the beginning of the Battle with Ravana as Lord Rama is fatigued and getting prepared to battle. The mystical hymn is dircted in praise of The Sun God, the illustrious God of all victories.

Oh! Lord Surya who is the ruler of the universe you are the healer of all diseasesand the source of peace.

Preparation of Medicated Oil using Sun Rays

To heal the ailments of head, put a drop of gingelly oil or Badam ol, two inches under the neck the bottle, connect it with corks or cotton, and keep your bottle under Sun shine. If the cotton is blocked each day, it must be replaced. The oil is ready in 90 days. Once the oil has been prepared, perfume can be added but not colors.

Medical Water Preparation Using Sun Rays

The kind of disease, in different coloured bottles, the water must be filled by two inches less to fill the entire capacity of the container, and the same cork has to be fitted to the bottle. The liquid or oil needs to be stored on a plank of wood and not placed on the ground. Then, it should be exposed at full brightness from 10 'O' clock in the morning, and from 5 'O' clock at night. While doing this, there should not be any shadows falling on the plank. If by any mistake it's allowed to stay until the setting of Sun and the moon's ray, or Stars hits them, the water can be spoilt. The bottles should be empty. It has to be cleansed and then fresh water must be filled with fresh water and then refilled.

If different colored bottles are kept in the same room or exposed to Sun radiation simultaneously, separate paper of their respective colours is wrapped and separately kept up without touching one another and the color of the bottle does not overshadow the other.

The water that is prepared in one bottle can not be kept more than three days. Then it must be transferred to an uncolored bottle. It's only useful for three days. It must be prepared separately. The water that is prepared by the Sun rays in a white bottle is extremely beneficial. This water can be used two times during a day.

SAPTA SAPTIH - SURYA BHAGAVAN

1. He possesses Seven horses (Seven rays)

They are Jaya, Ajaya, Vijaya, Jitaprana, Jitakrama, Mano Japa, Jita Krodha (Bhavisya purana)

Jaya : The first ray bestows firm conviction physical and mental strength generosity domination of other people and generosity.

Ajaya Gives Compassion, tranquility and intelligence, inside understanding.

Vijaya : a voracious reader, high-thinking and religious base.

Jita prana : Deep-thinking Very kind, generous.

Jita Krama: gives superior quality disciplines, extremely knowledgeable and knowledgeable evaluators.

Manojapa : Dedication , devotion sincere, and seeks to follow the path of truth.

Jita krodha : In depth evaluation, artistic taste in fine arts , adoration of beauty, a love to be displayed.

3. Lord Surya has Seven Rays :

These are 1. Susumna 2. Suradana 3. Udanvasu 4. Visvakarma 5. Udavasu 6. Visvavyaca 7. Harikesa

"Susumna": This is similar to the brightness of thousands of rays. This ray with this name create Candra (Moon) to be the absolute beautiful. The Nectar given by the fullmoon to all the panis brings them happiness and joy.

"Surandana" : The moon was created by this Ray. It is true that the rays of the moon are only the sun's rays. Surya (Sun) alone.

"Udannvasu" : From this the Kuja graha (planet) originates. This light of Surya can shield living creatures from defects of blood, and will give them health, wealth, and brilliance.

"Visva karma" It is the method of creating an Budhagraha (planet). This ray removes the mental turmoil of people, and grant them all blessings and peace.

"Udavasu" : This ray constructs Bruhaspati planet. It is a planet that brings pleasure and liberation for all living beings. By worshipping this planet obstacles, hurdles, resistance will be cleared and success will be attained.

"Visva vyaca" : From this Ray Sukra and Sani are the two rays that have sprung up. Of them, sukra is the one responsible in Virya (sperm) Sukra is incharge of humans procreation and as a result, his ray causes death. So by worshipping this powerful ray, you will attain total endurance.

"Harikesa" : Due to this radiation that is reflected, all Stars (Nakshatras) have been born. They are known as Nashatra because they protect our bodies from weakness, deficiency, and the loss of teja.

Surya is home to seven personnel from the service

They are 1. Namshatras 2. Months 3. Fortnights 4. Seasons 5. Years 6. Days 7. Nights.

He has Seven Indriyas (organs) They're 1. Two eyes 2. Two Nostrils 3. Two ears 4. One face. Surya Bhagavan is the person who is the one who activates the functions these organs.

6. He is the owner of a horse with the name Sapta. The Chariot he rides has this name he is called by the name of Sapta Sapti. This name is denoted at the close of Kalki Avatara's ride on this horse.
